How long does it take to dispatch an order?

If you place an order before 10am, it is usually dispatched the same day. Typical dispatch times are within 24-48 hours. Peak periods we may experience a slight delay.

Can I return a rug for a refund?

Yes of course, please refer to our refunds and returns page for more info.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

Email us directly with your name, address and order number and any additional information. Our team will get to work straight away to ensure the best outcome.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. There isn't a one size fits all scenario. Rural areas can sometimes experience longer delays than main CBD area's.

Do I Need a Rug Anti-Slip Mat?

Every rug should have a quality underlay for both hard floors and carpet. They can help to prolong the life of your rug, ensure it doesn't move and can minimise strain transfers to underneath flooring.
